Flexicoat is mainly used to insulate the coil of induction furnace, It has excellent adhesion on copper and stainless steel with desire flexibility to withstand cooling and heating cycles normally encountered during operation of furnaces and provides electrical resistance to voltage developed between coil turns to protect from sparking.

Its liquid-applied membrane forms a seamless, durable barrier that prevents leaks and resists fungal growth. The product remains highly effective across a broad temperature range and is resistant to alkalis, moderate acids, and severe weather conditions.


Easy Application and Quick Drying

Designed for user convenience, Flexicoat can be applied using a brush or roller. The recommended 1 mm thickness ensures reliable performance, and with a drying time of just 4-6 hours, project timelines are minimized. Its low VOC content and non-toxic formulation make it safe for use, especially when using gloves and avoiding eye contact.
