Thinners

Thinners are solvents used in paint applications to reduce the viscosity of metallic paints which makes them easy to apply. These are also used with pigments to enhance their solubility with other solvents. They helps to achieve smooth, flawless applications of paint for more durable surface finish. Thinners are volatile and flammable hence it is advised to put them away from fire. They can also be used for cleaning of paint and oil residuals from brushes and rollers. It is advised not to inhale them as it may lead to headaches, nausea, tiredness and irritability, difficulty, clumsiness, unconsciousness and can also irritates the lungs, nose and throat.
